Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to any and all of our on-site workshop or consultancy services, including bespoke bookings and Service Level Agreements.
Bookings are subject to the following conditions:
Dates for delivery of workshop/CPD sessions are subject to availability
We consider a booking to be confirmed upon completion of our ‘Hyett Education Booking Confirmation Form’ by a representative of the client. Any arrangement prior to completion of the aforementioned form is considered provisional only.
Provisional bookings will be reserved in Hyett Education’s diary for up to one week. After one week, the date becomes available for other organisations to book.
Hyett Education reserves the right to withhold any future services if payment is not received within Net 30 days of invoicing.
Pricing is inclusive of any travel expenses and accommodation required if necessary due to distance travelled.
Any Parking charges Hyett Education incur at your location on the day of the event will be added to the invoice.
Cancellation Terms and Charges:
In the extremely unlikely event that Hyett Education cancels, we will offer your organisation the option of a new date or a full refund.
We accept that your organisation may have to cancel in exceptional circumstances and/or for reasons beyond your control e.g if the school has to close for safety reasons/inclement weather. In these circumstances, a new date will be offered and mutually agreed upon.
Any cancellations made by your organisation within two weeks of the agreed event date, except in verifiable exceptional circumstances, will be liable for the full cost of the workshop or CPD, unless we can fill the space in the diary with another booking.
Any cancellations made by your organisation 2-4 weeks before the event will be charged at 50% of the cost of the workshop or CPD, unless we can fill the space in the diary with another booking.
Any cancellations made by your organisation more than 4 weeks before the event will not incur a cancellation cost.
We do not exempt organisations from charges for cancellations made due to the following reasons or similar:
a visit from Ofsted/Siams or any other inspectorate
If the space your organisation allocated to our booking has been double-booked. In these circumstances, we can negotiate an alternative space with reasonable adjustments
If the organiser is off work or unable to attend on the day of our visit
If the organisation has forgotten about the booking on the agreed date or has a different date in their diary compared to the date provided by the client’s representative on the Hyett Education Booking Confirmation Form.
